* Notes on Game *
This level is our first attempt at a "good" deathmatch level. We
enjoyed the large room in mine1.wad and put a little twist on it, although
this was made from scratch. At first we had only a small section finished,
which is the moving skin hall. A week later we added the other hall way to
the main room and the teleporter back to the main start area. Only recently
have we added the chainsaw area and adjoining hallway, just because we felt
it wasn't quite done.
There is only 1 noticable glitch in the game, which is in the main
room. If you fire any weapon back at the hallway that you have to jump out
to enter the main room, (not the one by the chainsaw), the rocket; plasma;
shotgun shell; and BFG blast goes right through and doesn't hit anything!
i.e. - If the BFG is fired at a character standing directly in front
of this invisible glitch, then dodges and still stands in view, he won't
die because the shot travels through the wall and hits nothing. We liked
this problem for some strange reason and decided not to fix it. By the way,
we have used the BSP 1.1 node editor, and the glitch is still there.
Have fun with it, we still do, and we've been playing with it for
about a month now and haven't got bored yet.
